Lavender London Fog

Have you ever tried a London fog? You totally should!! Go get yourself some Fair Trade Earl Grey tea and indulge! Kick it up a notch and make it a Lavender London Fog! Here’s how I make my favorite Lavender London Fog:

——————-
INGREDIENTS:
🌿 2 teaspoons Earl Grey tea
🌿 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
🌿 Splash of vanilla extract
🌿 Milk of choice (about 8 oz)
🌿 Water (about 12 oz)
🌿 Honey to taste
——————
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to a boil, pour over tea leaves and Lavender flowers if you choose to use them. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
While the tea is brewing, pour the milk in a small saucepan. Over medium heat whisk the milk constantly so it froths. Once it’s warmed and nicely frothed remove from heat. Remove the tea leaves and stir in the vanilla and honey. Divide between two mugs and top with the frothed milk. Enjoy with a friend, or drink them both yourself. 😂
**If you’re using high quality tea leaves you should be able to get a second brew out of the tea.
